How has your year been going so far? I’m sure that all of us have had our share of being busy bees, slogging away at work! Have you tried to allow yourself to get bored? This is what I had shared in the previous newsletter. I hoped that with this kind of boredom, we could begin to notice
- more about ourselves and
- what do we naturally gravitate towards.
This could help us to build a hobby and become a better version of ourselves! The human mind needs rest and an outlet that isn’t work or duty. I found this picture on social media. I feel this is a very good Instagram account for hobby artists of all mediums to follow!
