Khata Series

The Khata Series takes its name from the Hebrew word for sin — literally, “to miss the mark.” Across this body of work, the art carries the symbols of ambition, greed, and sin, asking where human aspiration ends and the result of the choices made over time.

Khata Lioness Sculptural Wall Hanging - Cobra Scar Side View

Khata Lioness (2024)

Concept: A companion piece to the Khata Lion. The Lioness carries the same wound turned inward. The cobra’s sign settles into her chin fur — a quieter corruption, the poisonous character beneath a composed face.
